Clothes-ness is a choreographic film conceived, choreographed and performed by Laëtitia Daché, with film direction by Gabriel Popoff. The work explores the intimate relationship between body, garment, movement and space, considering clothing not as ornament but as an extension of the body, shaping and being shaped by movement. It features garments by Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto and designer Candice Tianyu.

Developed from film into live performance, Clothes-ness was presented for three performances at Chaillot, Théâtre national de la Danse, as part of Chaillot Expérience Mode in March 2026.
